Fabio Minazzi (Translated) took home the 2024 Innovator of the Year – USA Award at LocWorld’s 17th Process Innovation Challenge, which took place on the 29th of Ocotber 2024 at LocWorld52 in Monterey, USA.

Fabio won the PIC with Translated’s innovation “Voice for Purpose: A Multilingual Voice Donation Ecosystem Empowering Individuals with Vocal Disabilities to Communicate Worldwide” which is an amazing inititiave to donate multilingual voices to those in need.

The runner-up this time was Carolina Freire (Uber), with “DragonCrawl: Generative AI for High-Quality Mobile Testing”.

Second runner-up was Kirill Soloviev (ContentQuo), with “AI LQA Platform: Deploy, Use & Monitor with any TMS”.

On behalf of LocWorld and the Process Innovation Challenge, we would like to take this opportunity to recognize all finalists. This was the best final yet in front of a live PIC audience of over 450 attendees. 

The PIC dragons this time were  Alessandra Binazzi (Global Sights Consulting), Renato Beninatto (Nimdzi Insights) and Jeff Kiser (Acolad).
Alex Bernet (LocWorld), and Dave Ruane (Lion People Global) produced and hosted the event. We would also like to thank Multilingual Magazine, LocWorld, and Lion People Global for supporting the event.
